What is so frustrating dealing with NS&I is that the staff seem to have been given a script to deny that nsandi is responsible for bugs clearly at their end. Instead they blame Samsung Mobile and Vodafone Group for the fact their security call back feature doesn't work.
What is hard to understand about NS&I is that they won't accept that a bug which prevents their security call back from working with Samsung Mobile AND when using the hash key on Vodafone Group network from an iPhone is nsandi 's responsibility.
Clearly when nsandi designed the security call back feature as part of their online login, they should have taken responsibility that it work with common equipment like Samsung Mobile and networks like Vodafone Group. Astounded to be told by NS&I the problem not their end
I see nsandi website closed for essential maintenance this weekend. Hopefully they are fixing the bug where their secure call back doesn't work with Samsung Mobile or Vodafone Group. Hopeless customer service from NS&I who wont accept NS&I responsibility
Actual picture of NS&I being asked why their secure call back feature for online login doesn't work with Samsung Mobile phones, and doesn't accept the hash key on Vodafone Group network. Hopeless customer service.
Just successfully logged in to online banking with Unity Trust Bank which included a security phone call to my Samsung Mobile. According to NS&I this is impossible! nsandi take no responsibility, blaming Samsung Mobile for the failure of nsandi 's own software.

Great reception at Amazon in Swindon today for GMB Southern Region
Pay cuts to our members in Wiltshire Council #WiltshireTogether are not acceptable to our members when 5 executives in there are paid more than the Prime Minister. That's what our David McMullen thinks of the proposed key worker pay cuts!
