Mr Mark Carney , Your recent statement on CTV about maybe not proceeding with the O&G Production Emissions Cap was disturbing to 🇨🇦s who want 🇨🇦 to keep its promise to reduce GHG emissions by 40 to 45% below 2005 levels by 2030. Emissions from O&G Production have INCREASED.
