Flights changed by SAS - Scandinavian Airlines for the 6th time. Email says I should accept the changed flight details, but there’s NO BUTTON on the website for that! Calling hotline each time & waiting for 40+ mins. Customer “care” website mentions live chat, BUT THERE’S NO CHAT. I mean, really?
