WRIGHTWOOD: Battalion Chief 141 has assumed #WRIGHTWOODIC for heavy debris flows & flooding. Hwy 2 is impassible. Requesting 3 additional engines, hand crews, dozer & swift water rescue unit. #SBCoFD Crews are assisting with evacuating homes that are being immediately impacted.

#WrightwoodIncident Evac route out of Wrightwood west Hwy 2 to Big Pines/N4 to Largo Vista Road to Hwy 138. Proceed with caution. Reports are that Hwy 2 at Spruce is nearing flood stage and debris could cross highway cutting off center of town. #TurnAroundDontDrown

*** WRIGHTWOOD CLOSURES *** Closures will remain in effect until the weather improves, the roadways are cleared and the area is deemed safe. Shelter in place orders remain due to unsafe roadways. Increased law enforcement and emergency service personnel will remain in the area.
