LBBP reduced non-response to BVP CRT to 50% in the dominantly non-ischemic CRT patients. The effect was seen dominantly in those with LBBB. Nice job by Xueying Chen, MD, PhD, FHRS and colleagues. Only one remark: why not randomized? jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.…
