52 year old with a type 4 hernia undergoes lap repair with mesh and fundoplication. Has 6 months of persistent dysphagia. Dilation to 20mm x 2 without relief. Undergoes reoperation with takedown and conversion to DOR.

Less Ports is a surgeon’s made challenge.
