Just a quick look through Rightmove properties shows a shockingly high percentage of houses for sale with artificial grass. It's bonkers!

Stunning, but a potentially worrying sign of our warming waters. Normally found around the Mediterranean, this is the first sighting of a rainbow sea slug in Devon waters.
