If you are working out and wonder if you need something else, here’s what I recommend: If you are doing yoga, you need to lift weights. If you lift weights, you need some yoga. If you are a runner, you need to lift some weights and do Yoga. Your body needs diversity.

Losing weight is just a byproduct of living an active and healthy lifestyle. The only thing you should do to lose weight is eat a little bit less and maybe workout a little bit more. After you lose the weight, back to normal portions. Nothing drastic needed. No magic here.
