Extra open hours were mentioned at the SOLE_SaveOurLibrariesEssex hustings debate last night. In fact, while we have a few extra open hours we have lost a day! So Essex Library Service services are only accessible 3 days a week! Essex County Council Kevin Bentley we need more hours and days!
