Why did I wait so long to try Peter Hannan salt aged rack of lamb?! The fat literally bursts with flavour and the meat is deliciously tender. This first rack cooked on charcoal from Andy Noonan Baste and a wee lump of hickory wood. No cuttlery needed - my kind of lollipop! 🐑 🍭
