Nursing Standard I have voted to reject this below inflation pay offer which is yet another real terms pay cut. All other sectors are getting an above inflation pay rise after fighting for it. NHS staff should accept no less than 10% but preferably closer to 15%. Of course 19% would be justified.

This will be a very strong REJECT from me 😔
