People see the behavior and judge the person. What they don’t see is the pain, the sleepless nights, the fear of losing control. If it’s hard to watch someone struggle, imagine how hard it is to live it.

Reflection at Ntare Louisenlund School During Summer Camp organized by K2 HR SERVICES We had the honor of engaging 100 young people from 5 countries about mental health and substance use. Through lived experiences, we shared that struggling is human and talking about it is strength.
