As eldest child, public servant, family member I’ve always measured “taking a break” in minutes, or maybe hours. This year I’m learning how to take a break in days, maybe weeks. Last week was a start, and a privilege. There were green shoots and maybe I’ll even get good at it!

Mental Wellbeing Minister @mareetoddmsp has welcomed publication of an evaluation of the Suicide Bereavement Support Service. Expanding this service is a key priority in the Scottish Government and COSLA suicide prevention action plan.

🆕 @ScotGovHealth & COSLA has published an evaluation of the Suicide Bereavement Service, a pilot in Ayrshire & Arran (@penumbra_scot) and Highland (@changemh_).
