Talent that, under stress, become coach killers, program killers, culture killers.

Part of building a great culture is protecting that culture by who you let in. Talent matters but character is the difference maker.

Interesting takeaway from visiting Clemson this spring. OC was asked what are the top traits he looks for when recruiting a QB. His answer was:

1) Process info fast
2) He can play catch better than anyone else (accurate)
3) Everything else is coaching
