Wasn't it reneged a few years ago, I'm sure my first year of SPA66 the triple lock guarantee was removed, despite Tories promise pre the last GE. They can promise all they like then renege. Thus my SP will always lag behind after +6 years waiting and no triple lock to start 🙄

Pensioners were underfunded for years by Tories & I can tell you that as a Pensioner, I would never, ever vote Tory. Many women born in 1950’s were badly treated by a number of Tory govs & lost huge amounts of state pension deliberately removed on the eve of their retirement

There is, self evidently, a glaring difference. MPs are elected. However young they are when elected they can be removed by voters. This pair are appointed by a disgraced politician and will be legislating for life. We cannot remove them. That’s outrageous.
