I wish you could put Mathematica in ‘physics mode’ where if anything was divided by 0 or weird it would just make some nice assumptions and be really clear about them to get some slate of possible answers to choose from.

Climate activists in Brussels: "nuclear energy is a climate crime". SO painful! I have always admired the greens' fight for a sustainable future but their fight against nuclear (and GGOs) will go in history as an actual climate crime! vrt.be/vrtnws/nl/2024…

I will be "available for new opportunities" for employment/contract as of mid-July. I am frankly very good at what I do Which is anything around the intersection of mathematics and programming. Machine learning, optimization, simulations, data science etc github.com/oxinabox/CV/bl…

A threat actor is now advising StackOverflow devs seeking debugging help to install a 'pytoileur' #Python package as a "solution" to their code troubles. 🛑DO NOT fall for this, it's a trap—the package has encoded code hidden on line 17 via whitespaces and infects Windows users

I had a debate recently and would like to know what the community thinks: Do you believe that the current pace of scientific research leads to overproduction, which results in less time for thoughtful project consideration and consequently less impactful and relevant outcomes?
