BREAKING: Waspi women compensation bid rejected again after government review What is so staggering about this is the huge number of Labour MPs (including many now in cabinet) who backed the Waspi campaign in opposition news.sky.com/story/waspi-wo…

UK govt again rejects compensation to 1950s born women over the state pension age confusion. 2024 ombudsman report recommended apology & compensation. Govt apologised, but no compensation. Now if only they been party donors, private equity managers ... bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Today I buried my aunt, a hard working WASPI aged woman robbed of five years of pension she earned. As we mourned Keir Starmer's ministers yet again denied justice to the WASPI women. At least the Tories were honest in their cruelty. The Labour Party dressed theirs up as compassion.

The Ombudsman held an investigation & concluded that the govt was guilty of maladministration, the Waspi women had suffered injustice & the govt should compensate them Bryant used to support the Waspi women. Now he doesnt. This morning he defended being an unprincipled hypocrite

Dave Chaplin - CEO, ContractorCalculator 100% It's clear the system doesn't work as intended (or perhaps it does) but we should give up any pretence that there is some form of democracy or fairness about it. #loanchargescandal

Reaching new levels of rage about the amount of bare faced corruption and lies coming from world leaders and their state enablers. Whilst the World burns they're all at the trough. Sickening. We must resist where we can.

SussexLC.Group Cllr Simon Fawthrop Charlotte Gill TaxPayers' Alliance Iain Duncan Smith MP Chingford & Woodford Green David Davis MP If so, then it seems that - having let loan schemes proliferate for decades, then HMRC adopted a strategy of trying to monetize a slice of it by simply adding themselves as creditors on the end of the financial chain. Lip service paid to deterring loan promoters and enablers...

HMRC literally bankrupting victims at a cost to the state. What isn't covered here is the cost of looking after these victims in their advancing years as they become dependent on the state because HMRC have stolen everything from them.

It's a ridiculous circus of punishment to no end other than to win political points. MPs lack the power to stop them and yet happily hand over more power year on year. If you think you won't be next with some made up retroactive tax, you're kidding yourself. #loanchargescandal

It's time for a proper inquiry into the #LoanCharge legislation that Mel Stride pushed through and which has led to 11 suicides to date and ongoing misery for tens of thousands. #LoanChargeScandal

#LoanCharge #loanchargeAPPG #LoanChargeScandal Guess I'm not the only one who'll be receiving this nudge following the phoney McCann Review. So after a welcome lull, the dreaded brown envelopes appear on the mat again and the anxiety returns. 2026 off to a wonderful start...

You'll want to be sitting down for this bit. Water companies are currently £82.7 billion in debt, have paid themselves £85 billion in dividends, leak over a trillion of litres of water per year, dump sewage for almost 4 million hours per year, have been convicted of over 1,200

The governments were quick enough to change the law and bring in retrospective tax legislation which is now the #LoanChargeScandal but when it comes to actual criminal activity by those sitting in the Lords, let them keep their titles. Them and us.
