Each time I reach that spot, I have to remind myself to follow the first set of lights, not the 2nd that are more prominent (higher up) as u drive down the slop. Those not familiar with them, likely realise too late that they have to break - as cars ahead of them not moving

Speeding is not the only problem. There are 2 sets of traffic lights at one spot, maybe coz of the T junction. When u are slopping from Kla, you encounter what looks like 2 different instructions, that affect your decision on how soon to brake.
