Our team together with the Wakiso District Local Government senior law enforcement officer Kagawa Naziri,
and UNRA_UGANDA held a meeting with the cattle owners whose cows where found on the Expressway to enforce measures (Animal stray act) to prevent illegal cattle grazing along the expressway.

The UNRA Act (Repeal) Bill, 2024 has collapsed after MPs voted against it, insisting that UNRA_UGANDA should be retained as a semi-autonomous entity. #PlenaryUg

Held a stakeholder inspection with the Traffic Police & Road Users at Nkumba this afternoon.

We’ve gathered more valuable information to address potential crashes in the area. We’ll be updating the public on existing design solutions set for implementation [long & short term].
