03. SMART BEDROOMS We’ve learnt that a bedroom is more than just a ‘bed, wardrobe and a desk’ - it’s a place for ‘work, rest and play’. It’s a flexible space that has to shift mode easily and quickly, and manage daily life efficiently.

04. SOCIAL AMENITY . We’ve learnt that creating places for people leads to commercial success. Student expectations are higher than ever, mental health is an important focus and therefore the social amenity spaces need to be super functional and have a great feel-good factor.

05. DOING THE BASICS WELL . “Co-ordination, materiality and ditch being a minimalist.”
