We are supporting #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek at EQ this week & we are encouraging our Occupiers to share their experiences of loneliness to help raise awareness and offer support.

We teamed up with Project Doughnut to celebrate National Doughnut Week. They were onsite yesterday selling their delicious freshly baked doughnuts to all our occupiers. #placemaking #ProjectD

Our bio-diversity scheme plays a pivotal role in creating a unique and active environment at EQ. Yesterday our occupiers met the 40,000 EQ Bees as part of our National Bee Day celebrations. We also invited Kids Planet, the onsite nursery to join in the fun #placemaking

Last week we held flower arranging workshops to celebrate this year's Manchester Flower Show. Occupiers were able to create their very own Basket of Blooms to take home and enjoy.

Last week's Jubilee Celebrations at EQ, despite the rain our occupiers came out to enjoy a delicious BBQ and a bit of gin tasting with local independent, Emerald Gin. We hope you all had a great Bank Holiday!

Another great day at Exchange Quay! We worked with 6 local traders to curate a Father's Day mini-market, our occupiers were able to sort out all their last-minute gift buying and even grabbed a bit to eat while they were browsing!

The British Grand Prix celebrations started early at EQ! Today we ran the F1 Pitstop Challenge and invited Just Gyros down to serve up some delicious street food.

Sun's out... Games out! We encourage all our occupiers to step away from their desks while on their lunch breaks, to take a moment to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Sustainability is leading the way at EQ! Not only do the EQ Bees have a positive impact on the environment but they also offer the opportunity to create engaging workshops for our occupiers. This week tenants created their very own candles & lip balms from 100% natural bees wax.

Today we hosted our MacMillan Coffee Morning raising over £150 in total. Thank you to all our occupiers who took part and to those who donated to such an amazing cause. Also thanks to Bean Coffee who kindly donated their delicious filter coffee for the event.
