I’ve been so touched by friends congratulating me on the Olivier nom, and it’s made real and valid what I already felt: that no matter what happens tomorrow, this is an achievement I can be so proud of. I’m already celebrating.

i think there's a term/phrase for when an athlete (my character is running a marathon) starts to panic / freak out / think they're dying, but it's just a phase and they can push through it - anyone know what i'm thinking of? similar to The Wall but not that?
