We had a good morning of rugby fixtures yesterday with 7 teams in action against Claremont Fan Court School. This rounded off another busy week of sport, with an incredible 12 fixtures taking place in total! It’s great to see see so many students taking advantage of our offer! #SportForAll

Yesterday, our Y13 CTEC students took full advantage of our outstanding vocational offer by completing their emergency first aid qualifications. Thank you again to Sheena for her fantastic teaching. #OutstandingOpportunities

Yesterday was a big day for sport, our Y7 rugby side had their first 7’s event, narrowly losing the bowl final. Meanwhile, another group of Y7s were competing at the Hounslow Sports Hall Athletics Championships where they took home the trophy! Our Y8s won bronze. #SportForAll

Today our Year 7 sports hall athletics team took their place as the Hounslow representatives at the London Youth Games area qualifier. The boys were fantastic, finishing a very close second to qualify for the LYG finals in March, this is the first for I&S since 2016! #proud

Today was a good day, our Year 8 football team left Heston with a 3-2 win to progress to the borough final. Meanwhile, our Year 7s won their semi 7-0 before winning the final 5-0! Congratulations to the students on this success, hopefully the first of many! #BoroughChamps

The MCC are Playing Isleworth & Syon school First X1 on weds 14th June at our clubhouse in Wood Lane. Feel free to pop in and enjoy some good cricket and a pint or 2 11-00 until 19-30 Isleworth & Syon PE

Good luck to our first XI cricketers, who are currently facing Marylebone Cricket Club down at Wood Lane! We're delighted to once again take part in this prestigious fixture.

Our first week has seen a number of fixtures, with the 1st XV starting their season against Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School on Wednesday, and our U14 and U15 rugby playing Windsor Boys’ in their first Saturday fixtures of the season, with U14 securing a good win. Well done to all involved!

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome Chelsea FC men's captain, and former I&S student, Reece James for a visit. He watched Year 7 football before meeting some student leaders and taking a school tour - including his old form room! Look out for more in Friday's Isleworthian.

Good morning from Austria! We have had a wonderfully smooth journey and are already here in resort. We are now on the way to ski hire and will be off for some food shortly afterwards. #IsleworthSki

What an excellent week, it has flown by! We have left resort safely and are on the way home. All of the boys have represented themselves and the school very well. We will update on arrival time here, so please stay tuned! #IsleworthSki

The 1st XV played their final game yesterday evening, winning a close and competitive game against Ibstock Place School Sport 10-5. It was the final time a number of our students got to pull on the crest. We now look forward to them playing in the alumni game at Christmas!
