As the lacrosse season draws to a close we wanted to celebrate the accomplishments of the Claremont lacrosse teams this year in Nationals. The 23/24 season was a banner year for Claremont, boasting both the most teams entered and the greatest overall success. Well done ladies!

Congratulations to Chloe E (Year 9) who recently rowed at the National Junior Scullery. Out of 34 squads nationwide, her quad crew from Walbrook Rowing Club @walbrookjuniors, came 4th overall which is fantastic. Next stop for them is the National Schools Regatta in May. 🚣‍♂️

Our littlest learners had an egg-cellent Easter celebration today! They came hopping into school with excitement, wearing the most colourful Easter hats we've ever seen! Singing, dancing, and playground fun filled the air as the Easter Bunny himself popped by for a visit!

Year 3 had an epic adventure at Legoland today, where learning and fun collided! 💻 They explored the world of coding and computing, putting their skills to the test with interactive Lego experiences. 🏗️ But of course, no Legoland trip is complete without some brick building!

⚛️ Mr Peck's Year 4 pupils have been learning about the states of matter, and today they put their knowledge to the test by building straw rockets! 🚀 Each pupil designed their own rocket, taking inspiration from pneumatic tubes. #academicallyambitious

On Friday our U11 and U13 rugby teams participated in an action-packed day at the Rosslyn Park National Sevens. For our under 13s to emerge with a commendable W2 D1, L2 record in their first National tournament is testament to the manner in which the boys battled for each other.

Our U11 netballers put on a fantastic display at the LEH tournament. The girls showed incredible resilience and teamwork throughout the intense back-to-back games against Old Vicarage, LEH and Pembridge Hall. We're so proud of all the girls for their hard work and determination!

📖 Earlier this week the English department held the Poetry By Heart competition final. ❤️ Congratulations to our Year 7 pupils for their exceptional performances which were nothing short of amazing, showcasing high quality, enthusiasm. #academicallyambitious

🏓 The house table tennis competition was a smash hit! All six houses and some enthusiastic teachers battled it out, showcasing their serves, smashes, and sneaky backhands. The competition was fierce, but in the end, Longcross house served up a victory!🏆 #academicallyaspirational

🏐 A huge congratulations to our U13A Netball team who secured a fantastic 1st place victory in the Plate Finals at Gordon's School today! 🥇 The girls displayed incredible teamwork and determination throughout the match, bringing their netball season to a glorious close.
