Here's what's gone wrong for the Conservative party.

They didn't adopt austerity in 2010 because the economy needed it. They adopted it because it allowed them to do an ideological shrinkage of the state, while blaming Labour. Austerity wasn't economics, it was pure politics.

Such ugliness, anger, hatred and bitterness constantly telling us ‘what the British people want’ when only a tiny minority on the extreme right agree with her. Looks like this is the start of her campaign for her to replace Sunak.

London is the only home I've ever known. It is a marvellous and welcoming city, full of tradition and opportunities. The people posting on this site who are desperate to convince you it's awful generally don't live here, which is excellent news for those of us who do.
