Incredible that, all these years on, Rees-Mogg is still conflating issues of trade terms, regulation, and border security - and still doesn't understand what Brexit actually means for those things, apparently.

Well, Tory MPs were warned. And NB (and I’m sure John McTernan knows) that REULA 2023 is only the start of it: much post-Brexit legislation in eg agriculture, trade, medicines gives huge powers to Ministers to set policy and rules within a skeletal framework.
