How to lose belly fat:

· Be patient
· Lift weights
· Avoid alcohol
· Get quality sleep
· Eat in a caloric deficit
· Do some form of zone 2 cardio
· Eat a high protein nutrient dense diet

Do this for 12 weeks straight & you'll be surprised at how much your belly fat reduces.
