Day 1 panel discussions explored Kenya’s Early Warning Systems, global survey insights, and factors affecting localisation—governance, tech, data, finance, and community engagement—reaffirming the urgent need to localise EWS and center communities in disaster preparedness.

The Q&A session on Day 2 sparked dialogue as participants raised questions on coordination, sustainability, and community ownership. Experts shared practical insights, emphasizing inclusive, locally led solutions to strengthen preparedness and translate early warning into action.
