For all of my reservations about how #LevellingUp operates, I’m delighted to see that Gateshead’s bid was successful - especially after all of the effort I and colleagues ERS Ltd put in to writing it!

Last year, ERS drafted Gateshead’s bid for £20m of #LevellingUp funding to support development of a 12,500-capacity arena and a conference centre, plus new bars, restaurants, public space and walkways along the Quayside. We are delighted that the bid was successful.
