.WHO Uganda & Makerere School of Public Health have this morning discussed areas of collaboration in supporting public health in #Uganda . Over the past 5 yrs, the partnership has accomplished 46 body of work in infectious & non-communicable diseases, health systems strengthening, maternal & child health.

Our collaboration has addressed several important public health activities across infectious diseases, noncommunicable diseases, health systems, among others.

Today, Makerere School of Public Health celebrates a successful partnership with World Health Organization (WHO) in advancing public health in Uganda. Teams lead by Yonas Tegegn WOLDEMARIAM and Rhoda Wanyenze reflected on the 46 projects including several strategic information and policy outputs over the past five years at World Health Organization (WHO)Uganda
