I raised the effects of delays in referring victims of modern slavery & human trafficking to the National Referral Mechanism, up from 5 to 47 days, and Minister agreed to meet Salvation Army IHQ who have dealt with 22,000 cases over 13 years to discuss implications of delay on victims.
