Customer gets substandard product.Request return of material same day.Customer care assures pick up.Does not arrange for same.Matter escalated to Meesho support &CEO.Now Meesho hides inefficiencies on pretext of policy

When u are so insistent on your policies why did you not pick up substandard product on return request same day.Dont you have policies in place ??
