❗️They have also warned against being misled by other parties who have been raising false expectations about alternative uses. As the site has not been de-registered as a school by the Department of Education, it cannot currently be used for other purposes (inc. meanwhile uses).

Great night attending the meeting for Wensum Lodge. Amazing update from Steve Morphew, lots of questions answered. Had a lovely conversation with a member of the CLT, regarding the recent news about the Angel Road site. Happy to see the support for Labours suggestion already!

That's a positive start. Now we ramp up the campaign to make it happen. It's still a school building and there is money in the council budget for SEND investment. The sooner work can start on repairing and making suitable for those with additional needs, the better.

Still a long way to go, but such great news for the Angel Road Junior School site! Hoping that everyone can see the positives and spread only positivity on this matter🤞 As the Labour County Councillor for Sewell, we are excited to start making real progress for this site!
