Yesterday I attended the Labour Friends of Palestine & the Middle East reception. A moving evening with speakers including Husam Zomlot and new MENA minister @Hamish4Lincs who set out clearly the need for a ceasefire, release of all hostages and a two state solution.

Last night I voted for Labour’s plans to bring our railways back into public ownership. We’re putting passengers first and acting to deliver better rail services. Good to meet transport secretary Louise Haigh yesterday.

So many parents and teachers have contacted me about SEND provision in Norfolk. Yesterday I met with Bridget Phillipson alongside other MPs to discuss SEND. Labour is determined to overhaul the system after the mess the Tories left.

In case it's not obvious: from the moment Labour took office the far right have been looking for street confrontations with minority communities and refugees - It's clearly organised and it's likely manipulated by foreign powers.

This is who we are as a country.
