Join #SportEngland , We Are Undefeatable, Zoe Williams & Christine ahead of #MentalHealthAwareness Week to explore how staying active supports your mental wellbeing.

Today Carers UK and other organisations supporting Carers Week 2024 met with Minister for Social Care Helen Whately to mark the countdown to #CarersWeek .
We discussed Government's support for carers and called for the development of a new and ambitious National Carers Strategy.

58% of carers said being active helped them to learn more about the importance of looking after their health, according to research by Carers UK.
