In his keynote yesterday, Mark Faghy spoke about the need to find all the puzzle pieces 🧩 for #LongCOVID . Hearing about the ongoing efforts of people with lived experiences, researchers, and clinicians at yesterday’s Forum shows that it is possible!

This is the message everyone should be taking home from today’s despicable announcement.

The number of people of working age with a health condition or a disability is going up.

And not because they’ve all suddenly become work-shy scroungers🙄

Just listened to the first 12 mins (so far). Here Robin McNelis Physiotherapy explains how he was a pretty good runner pre- #COVID19 but that now, walking up even a tiny uphill slope, his body switches from aerobic respiration.
