I've just had to book myself into one of those speed awareness courses after getting a speeding ticket. It cost £87!!! The fine would have only been £60, but this way I can hopefully avoid getting 3 penalty points.

So as many of you know, sadly my last #Dog Max crossed the rainbow Bridge at Easter. He was 13. Well, I adopted this little fella last Monday!! Everyone meet Spot!

I finally picked up another new leg brace today. Unlike my previous pairs, these are all-in-one knee ankle foot orthosis. And they are made of carbon fibre. Of course my dog Spot had to come and inspect! #EDS #EhlersDanlosSyndrome

It was great to speak to UTV Live News yesterday as one of very few who have a solution in place. There is essential need for power and people out there in life & death scenarios. We will be pushing for proactive action so this does not happen again.

People have been sleeping on bed frames & in wheelchairs, not being able to be fed because their feeding pump ran out of charge and struggled to power breathing machines including ventilators. We know the solution - generators or solar panels with batteries. Let’s deliver it.

I’ve been saying for too long that someone would die in one of these cuts. Are we going to finally take action now and get generators and solar panels out to disabled people? My heart goes out to this family. This is so avoidable. bbc.com/news/articles/…
