Had such a poor experience at schuh Davygate York store. Staff seemed to avoid eye contact with us despite wishing to try on several styles of Dr M. When my husband approached a member of staff to ask if they had a pair in a specific colour, he replied no and walked off. V poor

Following on from previous post, we then visited schuh Monkscross. Acknowledged and served immediately, so friendly, and felt like a valued customer. Thomas was brilliant and a credit to the company. Made the Davygate store look even more inadequate.
