Check out our newest preprint from @PeterScheiffele lab! We discovered the role for Bone Morphogenic Proteins in regulation of excitation-inhibition balance in the adult cortex. We also made it possible now to image and quantify glutamatergic synapses on the PV dendrites in vivo!
