The ECFMG president released an announcement about the issues facing applicants when it comes to ECFMG with the new launch of the intealth platform. They are asking program directors to not make decisions based on the ECFMG certification, but the question is will programs listen?

One tip for anyone going to the US for observerships: Never speak out of turn. If a question is directed to a medical student or resident, don’t jump in. Respect their space. Interpersonal skills can take you places your CV can never.
