My 5 weeks elective at NICVD was an absolutely amazing experience! Extremely privileged to have been able to rotate with one of the best in the field Abdul Hakeem MD. From TAVRs to stents and stroke interventions, NICVD gave me the best possible exposure to cardiology!

All these third years tweeting about night shifts is really making me curious. Ngl I'm actually looking forward to it now

I found this really heart touching that how surah Duha can change our lives. Surah duha was revealed when Prophet Muhammad was depressed due to no revelation for 6 months. This surah has power to relieve depression and sadness and to find peace and hope. Ayah by ayah it says:

A few days ago, I saw a patient pass away right infront of me with his family present alongside. It was so sudden and the family could do nothing but scream and call out for doctors to save their patients life. The scene is engraved in my mind and I can't even describe how I felt
