Manmohan shukla CAPF offrs have no standing in the MHA, where they are treated as second-class citizens. IPS offrs who come on deputation serve on their own service rules, which are more relaxed than CAPF rules. IPS is insulated from CAPF. A HC/SI can get promoted to AC but an AC never to IPS.

HR in CAPFs need structural reforms. Each CAPF has an Additional DG ( HR) but human resource development is missing. Stagnation from bottom to top is the reason that HR in CAPFs is in need of major reform. MHA needs to step in & strengthen HR in CAPFs.

Add- rank restructuring in CAPFs for all ranks, OGAS and NFFU for CAPF cadre officers and action to start process to reduce court cases spiralling at light speed.

Ranbir Singh OPS में 20800 बेसिक होती जो NPS की पेंशन से 13100 से 7700 +60 % DA = 12300 ज्यादा होती। फिर OPS में इन्हें राजनेताओं जैसे commutation का फायदा और 80 वर्ष की उम्र में 20 % पेंशन बढ़ जाती। बहुत अन्याय है #CAPF के साथ और कोई DG भी नहीं बोलता इस अन्याय के लिए।
