यदि पुलिस विवेचक बिना आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किए charge-sheet न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत करता है तो न्यायालय या मजिस्ट्रेट उसे लेने से इंकार नहीं कर सकते।

यह एक अच्छा judgment नहीं कहा जा सकता। जब वकील मोटी फीस लेते हैं मुकदमे लड़ने के लिए, तो चाहे service professional ही क्यों न हो, deficient होगी तो accountability तो बनती है। skills का उपयोग तो business and trade में भी होता है।
