BREAKING: Despite being slammed by a judge, Joe Cryan and Senator Bob Singer for withholding evidence, prosecutors in the Eisemann case filed a notice of appeal today, further dragging the respected SCHI founder through the courts with no personal liability to themselves.

Shlomo Schorr This is outrageous. Judge ruled that they violated the Brady Act by withholding evidence. But they just continue to torment Rabbi Eisemann with impunity. Remember, any other upstanding NJ resident could be the next victim of their corrupted lust for vengeance. David Wildstein

Thought it was notable that at Eisemann's hearing three weeks ago, dean of Beth Medrash Govoha, Rabbi Aryeh Malkiel Kotler, was in attendance in a show support and solidarity with the SCHI founder. Pretty sure it was his first time in the courtroom for this trial.

This really reflects the feelings of the community. Read this impassioned letter penned by a local journalist to Governor Phil Murphy and Attorney General Matt Platkin Matt Platkin about their lack of action after the prosecutorial misconduct in the Eisemann case.

I present the Scoop Paradox, also known as the TLS Conundrum: If anti-Semitic graffiti was found on a BMG building, would it make any noise? 🤔

So the Attorney General Matt Platkin OPIA’s Brady Violation is now confirmed. I hope Joe Cryan can bring some accountability for corrupt prosecutors. matzav.com/nj-supreme-cou… Basic info in this article. I’m going to look tomorrow to see if David Wildstein or Matt Friedman release more info.

NJ Supreme Court Throws Out State’s Appeal in Case of Rabbi Eisemann | Matzav.com under reported story. Good for the Rabbi. ⁦Attorney General Matt Platkin⁩ time to drop this case. matzav.com/nj-supreme-cou…

This is unbelievable: attorneys for a Lakewood Rabbi want an indictment dismissed, alleging the state committed a second Brady violation. newjerseyglobe.com/judiciary/clai…

David Wildstein Rabbi started a school 4 special needs & clearly didn’t do this. Attorney General Matt Platkin show some leadership & drop this travesty. then clean house at the unethical, at best , OPIA . ( Kugler, M O’Donnell, Rabbi, more?) Time to lead. time to clean house.

David Wildstein Shlomo Schorr 👆 Some have wondered in the past why Lakewood residents never stopped supporting Rabbi Eisemann, while others charged with crimes in the community often lose public support. The answer is that anyone who knows Rabbi Eisemann personally never had any doubt of his innocence.

Pretty vague headline, and I couldn’t find this story on the Asbury Park Press homepage. This is a pattern, and I suspect it’s deliberate. Story that makes Eisemann look bad? Headline plastered on homepage for weeks. Story about prosecutorial misconduct? Blink and it’s gone.
