Demand justice for Asna. And demand justice for all students, learners, staff, and faculty members of academic institutions that wrongfully and unjustly experience anti-Palestinian racism and rhetoric. We stand with you.

Palestine is freeing us from any doubt that academic institutions serve the systems of oppression first and foremost, that of white supremacy, structural racism, and colonialism. Any sense of a facade has been completely shattered. There is no going back to the status quo.

Academic institutions continue to show us what many have been flagging for so long, that they are rooted in structural racism and colonialism, and simply use marginalized people and communities for their institutional benefit and throw them away at the slightest inconvenience.

Students have been silenced, censored, and harassed by trollish professors.

As a mother sending a girl to college this year, I fear deeply for Muslim and pro-Palestinian women students.
