We'll be door knocking for Joel Engardio this Sunday in the Sunset! This is a great chance to meet your neighbors in the Sunset and share why you appreciate Joel's support for housing in San Francisco.

I do all this YIMBY stuff because I want everyone to have a cute apartment they love full of things that bring them joy in a neighborhood they like. That’s really it.

Looking forward to waking up in my sunlit condo on the westside and riding along the Great Highway each morning. Let’s make the Sunset the kind of neighborhood that attracts people who actually invest in its future. Vote NO on A.

Corey nailed it. If we raise the rents to market rate we can fund more large-scale development projects, which leads to more supply, and ultimately lower costs as demand is met. These pea-brained recallers in D4 don’t even understand basic housing market dynamics.

Huge thanks to SF Chronicle for endorsing Joel! I didn’t read the article directly (paywalls, ugh) so I just asked Perplexity what it said. We’re going to win this. District 4 is ours!

The west side belongs to entrepreneurs, engineers, and innovators that add value to society and make SF a better place. Not these nimbys and their silver spoon nepo babies who inherited wealth only to work at chipotle.

We are disappointed in LA City Council’s vote to oppose SB-79. Given the worsening housing and climate crises, Angelenos deserve better. Thank you to all the City Councilmembers who supported this bill, as well as our co-sponsors InnerCityLawCenter Abundant Housing LA

Blue state NIMBYism is an existential threat now. The love of process and "neighborhood character" is just giving red states more power. Elections and zoning have consequences.
