Our landlords (Tesco) decided, out of the blue and 18 mths into our lease that we should give them £1000 (‘seating licence’ plus extortionate ‘surveying’ fees for @MainstayLtd) to have 3 tables outside. We had to remove them immediately. Our amazing customers weren’t having it.
