Yesterday 6:40pm bus no. 499 (Bhandup), the driver was extremely reckless. As my mother alighted, he moved the bus recklessly; she fell, suffered a serious spinal injury, was rushed for X-rays. Driver fled and, ticket was lost. Need justice! Mumbai Traffic Police BEST Bus Transport WARD S BMC
