second surgery went well ! had a rough day after, but she's bounced back a lot. kissy is going blind due to primary glaucoma. one of her eyes was unsalvageable, but the surgeries in her still functioning eye will hopefully retain her vision for a while. she will likely go

please research if your dog's breed is predisposed to primary glaucoma. if you notice your dog (or cat) squinting one eye, take them to the vet immediately ! my dog saw 3 different vets that reassured me she was just dealing with an infection and too young for it to be glaucoma.

Huh, It's already been a year? I still remember pacing back and forth in my room for hours trying to process her announcement. I was devastated that she was graduating but it also made me realize just how lucky I was to have her as my kamioshi 🪶🤎 +wip for next month!
