As a medical student, if someone comes to meet you for medical advice on what’s wrong with them, you can explain to them what you think may be wrong, but always inform them that you’re just a student first & always remember to encourage/refer them to see a medical doctor.

In medicine, you always have to keep your head low. Pride in medicine is error 404, cos it’s never found. There’s always more knowledge in front of you than there is behind of you.

The importance of mentorship in one’s life can’t be overstated.

Burnout isn't caused by hard work. It's caused by chaotic work. → No priorities → No structure → No stop time You don’t need more energy. You need more boundaries with your work.
